This 5-day Tanzania Mid-range safari from Zanzibar combines world-class wildlife viewing with authentic cultural and nature experiences. Visit Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a meaningful Maasai village cultural tour, then explore Lake Manyara National Park, home to flamingos, lush groundwater forests, and rare tree-climbing lions.

Drive to the legendary Serengeti National Park for outstanding game drives featuring big cats, vast plains, and abundant wildlife. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site offering one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife, including the Big Five.

Day to Day

Day 1 : From Zanzibar to Arusha then Tarangire

 Morning: Take a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport, then drive to Tarangire National Park for game drive.

Afternoon: Enjoy a game drive through elephant-studded plains and iconic baobab landscapes, spotting lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.
Evening: In the evening, drive to you Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Marera Valley Lodge

Day 2 : Masai Village – Lake Manyara National Park

 Morning: After breakfast, visit a Maasai village, interacting with the community and learning about their traditional customs, crafts, and way of life.

Afternoon: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive, spotting elephants, hippos, flamingos, giraffes, baboons, and the famous tree-climbing lions
Evening: Return to your Lodge for a relaxing evening

Accommodation: Marera Valley Lodge

Day 3 : Serengeti National Park

 Morning: Depart for Serengeti National Park, arriving at the gate around

lunchtime.
Safari: Game drive on the endless plains, spotting the annual migration of wildebeests and zebras, as well as Nile crocodiles and honey badgers.
Evening: Overnight at Tukaone Serengeti Camp, beautifully located in the middle of the park.

Day 4 : Serengeti - Ngorongoro

 Morning: Continue your safari in Serengeti, exploring the Seronera Valley.

Afternoon: After a picnic lunch, drive towards Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying the stunning views.

Evening: Overnight at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge on the crater rim, with an incredible sunset view.

Day 05 : Ngorongoro Crater - Zanzibar

 Morning: Early breakfast followed by a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy an extensive game drive, spotting zebras, wildebeests, the rare black rhino, and other members of the Big Five.

Afternoon: After a picnic lunch, leave the caldera and drive back to Arusha then Arusha Airport for your Evening flight.
